Welcome to the site and you have some good advise about the diapers. They do have a harder time getting them off and like [MENTION=2291]cowsmom[/MENTION] said you can use the harness to help with that. The most important thing is, don't let her out of your sight. A male dog can get in your back yard before you know it.

You've gotten some great advice about the heat stuff. Thank goodness that Mabel has already been "fixed." I wouldn't avoid the vet--but find a good bulldog specialist that really knows the breed. These guys have special problems that a generalist might not adequately address. I can't wait to see photos!!!
