Why can't I start a new thread in FAQ section?

Hello all,
I am new to EBN.
I have already started a thread in the Bulldog Health section and I was about to start a new thread in the Bulldog FAQ section. The 'Post New Thread' button was not there! I know it is supposed to be on the top left above the list of threads... but it's just not there.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I think that area is to answer questions for new members. I think only mods can post in that area. Do you have a question for EBN that you are not finding there?

Hi! The FAQ section is started by moderators only, but if you have a frequently asked question suggestion we would love to hear it.

Your welcome. There should be an article in there about tear stains! My advice? Plain Greek nonfat yogurt! Worked for us!
