Who can or can't post pictures?

Still troubleshooting this uploading problem, is anyone actually ABLE to upload pictures?

cannot attach a picture with a png extension. That is one of the extension selections that was allowed.


The "jpeg" extension works per attached thumbnail below.

I can't even get jpeg images to work :/
