What do I do about my lawn?

We watched Mabel this morning walk over all the brown spots to a nice green area, squat and pee! She could at least go in the same area! Or is that not how it works?

I used those little 1 ft tall white wire fences to make an area for them to pee then they will go out in the yard to do the rest of their business. They have figured out the routine and will usually go there first (this took about a month of us shooing them in the "pen"). And we have a watering can that we always keep filled up incase we do see them going in the lawn, we will just pour it over the spot they just peed on.
