Throwback Thursday!

Ok So last week [MENTION=2014]JeannieCO[/MENTION] double dog dared me to start this thread. So here it is. Lets keep it fun with pics and little quips about days past and see how long we can keep it going on Thursdays. I will start it off. Attached is a picture of what i did best prior to my Marine Corps days and before I got old and fat. If I wasn't sleeping in class i was skipping it. I think this pic was taken around 1990.

It isn't that class wasn't interesting but more so I was allowed to sleep in most of them because I still made straight A's without even cracking a book so my teachers would let me sleep or go to wood shop. You aren't ancient. Just more seasoned. This is going to be fun. I am looking for more pic that are safe to publish on here as most of mine involve some kind of debauchery that really isn't suited for this site if you know what I mean.

I found these two pix in an old wallet and scanned them in. I am about 21 in these which would make it about 1966. This is a car we built in about 65 to race in SCCA F Mod but at 975 pounds it was too heavy. So we managed to get it titles and licensed for the road. It wasnt real road worthy but man it was fun.
I am only 5'6" tall and it barely comes to my waist so you can imagine how low it was. Once you got over about 150mph it got real squirrelly. LOL

Got to love the mullet.... I know I had one from 1989 to the summer of 1991 before i left for bootcamp and when I got out in 1995 I grew it back but it didn't last as long that time as I got sick of it quickly and went back to my mostly shaved head.

My mother is 19 there, she quit school at 17 and married my dad that was getting shipped overseas with the Navy. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last December 8th

Bruce, thank you, she is beautiful inside and out! I was a chunky butt!! lol. My mom just turned 67 in June.
