Some Canned, Some Dry

I should probably leave well-enough alone. Josie loves TOTW kibble. Can adding the canned version cause upset stomache, even if same ingredient? Have not tried yet.
Is it ok if she craves raw carrots?

Raw carrots are fine for her--- you can try a spoon of wet she how she does... Just make it a topper ...
