Roscoe needs a loving forever home! He is a sweet 9 year old boy who adores being with people. He loves walks and gets very excited when he sees his leash come out. Needs a home with no other dogs as he wants wants all of your attention. He does fine with children but prefers to be around adults. He is a big boy who does jump when excited, so he would do best in a home without toddlers. No stairs for him please. We do not know how he would respond to cats.
