Otis is a sweet boy, he came in with a severe flea infestation and has a flea allergy, his skin is chewed raw and very itchy. We are working to get his skin healed before he gets neutered and his teeth cleaned. He would like to be with his owner all the time, so someone that works from home or that can take him to work would be best. He will be ready soon.
