Ohhhhhh Chunk

Soooo Chunk's eye has been watery again and I thought it was because of the change of food/stopping his cyclosporine drops. Well, he started scratching the other day so we went to the vet today. He has an eye ulcer. . Sooo he's in a collar, on pain meds, oral antibiotics and eye drop antibiotics. We go back in a few days for a check-up. Makes me so sad!!! Here are two pics ... One with his pirate eye (the white one if you can't see from the pic) and one of him moping.

Thanks! It's a soft collar so he can turn it the opposite way ... pretty funny but it stops him from scratching!

aww poor chunk I hope he gets better soon but he does look adorable. much nicer looking than the one my dog wore. dang hard and ugly i tell ya.

[MENTION=2291]cowsmom[/MENTION] ... the hard ones freak him out ... something about the noise it makes when he knocks into things and when putting it on and off. Plus after his eye surgery, he ripped his neck open on a harder one. So this does the trick even though it flips inside out.

Sorry to hear about Chunk. Look on the bright side. Eyes usually heal rather quickly so he will be as good as new in no time.

poor guy....sure hope heals quickly. Baby Louie is having eye issues too, taking him back in tomorrow afternoon cause the drops we started Friday aren't helping....
