This story was perfect in every way! I loved your wonderful words of description, like reading a great short story that you don't want to end.
When I get down on my yoga mat to do my stretches Mona wakes up from a deep sleep and insists on head butting me while in my "downward dog" position. It's the craziest thing! For some reason when we get on their level they turn into puppies. Hope you are recovering from your wound.
