My BFF Baxter is gone

This morning we lost our 'best guy ever' Baxter. For 3 years he brought more joy into our house than I ever thought possible. Baxter's departure was sudden and not expected, so we're still in shock. Thanks to the team at Avenues Pet Hospital who tried their best to keep our big little guy on this plane.

I'm heartbroken.

Wow...such a handsome boy...so young, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Please think of submitting a tribute to Baxter when you are able.
EBN has a special place here for our bulldogs that pass on to Heaven.
They are so beautiful to read, the love for them evident in every word.
Of course I bawl like a baby every time I visit and I'm sure, every one
does, we love these bulldogs (and other pets) so deeply...as they love
us...such a bond. As I write this, Cami is lying beside me, her big head
on my foot and occasionally giving it a kiss. She is 8 now and it will hurt
when I lose her.

Thank you for these pics, I hope in time that you get another bulldog to
share your hearts & home with...there is nothing like this breed, as you
know. Sincerest condolences for Baxter's death & so suddenly, my prayers
are with y'all.

My condolences on your boys passing. I too unexpectedly lost my almost five year old girl recently.

I am so sorry for your loss of Precious Baxter, Just remember you will see Baxter on day never to part again. This keeps me going knowing I will see my 4 legged Love Ones Again one day.

I am heartbroken for you - especially since it was so sudden. He was so young, too! Tonka was only 7! Would have been 8 April 1.

We lost our guy in January to brain cancer/tumor. He suffered 18 hours because the words, "He is suffering, incoherent and dying," "We need to bring him in to be put down." didn't register with them when my husband called in and told them what I just quoted.

Again, I am so sorry.
