Chillin today. House is all cleaned aside from the floors that will get done today. Other than that hangin out with the "kids" and cooking a big pot of stroganoff for dinner. YUM!

Crock pots are the greatest. Is that what you got goin? I love making dinner in the morning and having a delicious dinner ready at night with no fuss.

Well, except for cleaning the dang pot that is....

No not with this recipe, I tried it in the crock once and it didnt seem right, something with the sour cream curdled a little. (Odd tho on the stove it doesnt.) But I will make it early and be done, letting it simmer on low.
I hear those crock pot cooking bags work well for easy clean up but when I tried it melted to my pot. Maybe mine gets too hot. My parents love them tho.

I use Pam and that helps a lot! My crock pot is rather large, (family of 6), so more than anything it is just fitting it into the sink LOL

Oh Cali that is my all time fav meal....... I am the only one in the house that eats it so I dont make it to often. Yes love the crocpots too. Beans and ham hock sound really good today lol..
