Help Needed! Momotamax for ear infection

My Lucy is experiencing her first ear infection in her 2 years. I had purchased momotamax 15mg from a pet med site and waiting for it to arrive. I am nervous as I don't know how much to use and also a bit skidish of it as I see it has a rare side effect of causing numbness. Can I get some advice of how to use this med as it is saddening me more and more to see her suffering. I'm using HyOtic now to flush her ear to keep her comfortable until the momotamax get her. Any other advice?

I keep Myself Mometamax on hand at all times... one squirt once a day usually for 5-7 days when it is a known infection.

Thanks so much. I have been so nervous as this is her first ear infection and I have never experienced this before. Has it caused any hearing issues in your dogs?

Monty is on the 30g at the moment and the vet said 6 -8 drops each ear. He weighs 70 lbs.
