Lola update

Well my breeder took Lola to the vet today to get her shots and micro chipped and she weighed 6.4oz, if you remember last time she said they weighed 8.5 lbs but she looked at her chart today and last time she was 5.6oz. She will be 6 weeks on monday so I would say weight wise she is right where she should be!

[MENTION=2071]Davidh[/MENTION] The vet did look at her eye and their is no infection and it opens fine he said it was the skin on her upper eye weighing down her eye lid and she could grown out of it if not it is cosmetic. So at least no infection that is what I was worried about!

I will be going to get her the 25th and still taking her to the bulldog specialist the next day just to make sure before I do the 4 hour drive back. But looking good and feeling more relaxed!

Yes its getting close! Im leaving Tuesday night and going half way where my husband will be working and staying the night there then wednesday morning we will drive the rest of the way and do the rest of our Lola shopping list and then go get her. We are staying at a La Quinta, I'm not sure if they are everywhere or just in the west but they do triple sheeting so I thought that would be more sanitary that a comforter. Also they have a full breakfast and you can bring your pet to breakfast with you! Then my hubby is flying out thursday morning to Florida for a week so the first week at home it will be just me, her and the girls. Hopefully I can get her to sleep in her crate and not cry so much by the time my hubby gets home! Im so ready to go get her now!

Hope you have a safe trip, we travelled I think it was about 6 hours when we got Ftse and he travelled so well considering he had dirohhea from what he was fed before and the poor little thing held on to each stop we made before he went, I look forward to seeing all your photos of Lola.
