Justice for Bubba

I'm sure some of you have seen this by now, but a Bully named Bubba was killed by Petsmart while being restrained during a nail clipping. He vomited and choked on his own vomit. Petsmart didn't notice he was choking until he passed out. By the time the owners got him to an emergency vet, he had passed.

Please be careful where you leave your dogs for grooming. I have taken Stanley to Petsmart for nails once, but I stayed right there while they did t, and could have stopped it if it got out of control.

Been following this all the way and ALWAYS stay and watch Buster get done. I don't understand the mindset of people that just drop off their bulldogs.

I drop my bulldogs off at Petsmart for all of their grooming needs. Their baths, blow dry, nails, ears, brushing ect. I absolutely love the women who does it. She is in love with our dogs and it completely shows when she is around them. I trust her and never feel uncomfortable doing it. As with every chain store, restaurant or business the staff is different at each one and that makes a huge difference on who you are dealing with.

I always stay with my bullies, never drop them off. This IS NOT
an judgement of anyone that does, if anything goes wrong, I'm
right there to help. Cami isn't great with her nails being done, being
there helps her stay calm and I watch her for signs of stress.

Can't be too careful when it comes to bullies.

These stories break my heart.

Things like this should never, ever happen. Cheap labor along with poor training always ends in tragedy. SMDH..
