Jewel-12Week Post TPLO

We just got out of the Vets for Jewel's 12 week post TPLO follow-up and I can say she now has all restrictions lifted back to normal activities. Yes!!!!!!!!! The first thing she did after I took her harness off was to run the backyard.

Thanks to all for prayers, insight, and support through Jewels convalescence.

Yes indeed and they had a blast. Jewel had to take a nap afterwards though.

Actually, My wife did quite a bit and I don't deserve all the credit.

My wife put the steps back next to the bed (which allows the kids on the bed) and Jewel had her front paws on the 1st step and looked at the wife to see if the word "No" was about to come out of her mouth. My wife said to Jewel that Dr. P (ortho vet) said it was OK. Jewel got down off of the step turned around and then got a running start and jumped up ont he steps then on to the bed. Jewel was happier than a witch in a broom factory.

So happy for Jewel and the family! Back to a "normal" life!(I don't think it's ever normal-IF your a bullie parent!!!) But is is lots of fun!!
