Hello everyone, my bulldog is 2 years old and pretty much fully grown. He's tall and very muscular with a little head. Is there a chance he could be mixed with olde english? I never got a chance to see his parents :fie: IMG_1730.jpeg

I tried to get a couple of pictures of my Tawnys body as she is olde English so you could compare, she wasn’t in a cooperating mood lol. She’s 9 months and 62 lbs last time I weighed her.

Hard to say on a photo but sure looks like an Olde. At 2 yrs old it gives you a good idea of height but width is around 3yrs old. I find him very fit. What does he eat including treats, how many times per day, what does he weigh n what exercise does he get daily ? Btw, he’s beautiful!!!
Tawnys mom, what beautiful photos!

He is a beauty!
Someone asked me if my Bella was an olde English when she was younger. She is about 16 1/2 inches tall ( it hard to measure her since she runs away when I try to. lol) which is a little taller than normal, according to standard I found on internet.
She is 55 lbs also which is a heavier than standard but she doesn’t look as wide as most I see here.
But we couldn’t love her any more than we do!!

He does look pretty tall, but the rest of him look EBD to me...

Hi there! Sorry, I have nothing to add other than he is SO HANDSOME!!! Really great looking dog!

In every instance(that I can recall) that involved an OEB mix, the tail had been docked. If Mac's tail has not been docked then he's likely a tall-ish Bulldog. They come tall, short, long and stumpy...big heads, little heads...long muzzles, short muzzles...long tails, short tails, curly tails, ingrown tails...floppy, tulip, rose, and just crazy ears. We've seen 'em all.
Regardless of lineage, your boy is good looking...with nice deep red coloring

He's a cutie! I would say that my Louie is rather tall but I have never measured him. I always call him Daddy Long Legs.

What a great looking bulldog!!! My Banks was tall too but she was all Bulldog, no OEB in her

Mac says thanks for all the compliments lol
He eats Fromm grain free salmon twice per day, but I’m transitioning him to All provide raw. The only treats/snacks he gets are carrots. I take him on long walks because he’s pretty hyper. He jogs the entire time though lol. He weighs 63lbs.IMG_0065.jpeg

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with him and you’re on the right track feeding him. I would introduce him to another veggie (one at a time) so his body gets use to different food to prevent allergies. Keep track of new foods you give him so you can know what he can eat or not.
