I have completely LOST my mind... LOL

Last week after trying on my spring/summer wardrobe I discovered that I had gained a few extra pounds… I have been going to gym sporadically for months, but the thought of getting on the treadmill/elliptical just pushed me off the cliff… LOL

SO I decided to go w/a friend of mine to our local Bootcamp Challenge… I've only been twice, and let me tell you… it's kicking my BUTT!!! OMG I knew I wasn't in great shape, but HOLY COW I feel like I'm dying in there… LOL

Has anybody else tried a Bootcamp Challenge before? I would LOVE to hear your story… one lady in there told me that she has lost 90 lbs in a year!!!

Awww come on Christine!!! I figured this is better than killing one of my kids… at least I can get all that frustration out as I'm doing 50+ crunches… LOL

Hahaha. maybe you can send one or all of the kids to the Bootcamp Challenge so you wouldn't need to kill one of them. I'm a self-professed lazy dog lady lol going with Bifi for walks is plenty enough for my health LOL.

I have played rugby and competed at judo for the last 25 years, my days of hitting the gym are long gone.

My wife is starting that insanity training programme on Monday, you both may be a bit mad but who cares ,

do what makes you happy ( as long as it's legal ) :D

I have played rugby and competed at judo for the last 25 years, my days of hitting the gym are long gone.

I used to run cross country is HS. My left knee is a mess, but when I don't work out it locks up on me. I have to do something even if it slowly kills me… LOL

You survived! hurrah for you Tracey! how long is the boot camp? i honestly think if i do that, i would just sit at a corner and cry after the first day lol.
