Hello, Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. Wayne from Raleigh, NC. Bella, our new addition to the family is 3 (so the vet thinks), Brindle and white. We've only had her for a month now as she was a rescue from my local SPCA. Yeah, the SPCA! Can you believe someone would surrender such an awesome dog? Anyway, I've been wanting an English Bulldog for a long time but just couldn't bare the thought of dropping 2-3 thousand dollars for one. When we got Bella she was grossly overweight (57lbs) for her stature, had an eye infection, severe yeast problem and had to be potty trained. Well in the months time we got her weight down to 40lbs, got her eyes cleared up, fully potty and crate trained and have improved her yeast infection. I am a true believer in the type of food you feed your dog as we've seen the biggest changes over the last 3 weeks since changing her to Natures Variety Raw Instinct (Ironically the #3 forum pick). We anxiously wait to see how good she'll look in another month.
