Fendi's Story...

CEBR's final intake of 2015 made a special arrival today via her own private plane, thanks to Pilots n Paws! Fendi is a sweet 12 year old bully who was seized for neglect by a local animal care and control in Iowa.
As you can see from the earlier pictures of her she is in rough shape, but is already looking so much better due to the great care she received at the shelter for the past month.
