Does anyone know how much does he charge for skin scrape & heartworm test? He isn't Brett's vet but he lives an hour away from me and it's just a hassle. And I know first time visit to Butchko is cash only. Thank you

I went to him several times for Goob's puppy shots. Is he experienced? Yes. Reasonably priced? Yes. But Be prepared to possibly wait for hours and get pushed through like you were just a number. You can always give them a call and see how long their wait is and what they charge.

Oh I did. The girl who answered the phone said they can't give price over the phone-_- for a skin scrape. She can't give me the price over the phone. Goodness.

You'd be surprised how far you'll drive to make sure your nugget is in good health! I have a vet right across the street from me, but i feel as if all they see is Cats so I drive boris an hour and half away for his appointments now. We also drove 5 hours north to see a specialist for his hips.

I feel your pain in regards to trying to get prices over the phone... its maddening at times...

Yeah that I was told so I'm gonna check him out but I don't know why they can't give prices over the phone. It's really not surgery related or anything.

I know how you feel, he gives some prices that other vets wouldnt dream of charging I do know that though, might have something to do with it. You cant even make an appointment first come first served! All of the rescues in so cal go to him for everything. Id just take him and see what happens its well worth it.
