It's just too hot here, Bocephus and I will hang out at home and catch up on some netflix. He may get some quality bulldog pool time though!!!

We are having a party at the house today, but we are NOT doing fireworks!!! Lol

No, our fireworks are on the Island/Beach. First of all it is and has been over a 100 here the last two weeks and secondly it would take about 3 hours to get on the Island and off. Having a big crab boil party at the house and no fireworks.

My neighborhood picnic will be at 11:30am-ish til 1pm and it's going to get into the mid 90's here, so NO. Thought about it or at least bringing one of them, but i'm just going to drop off the corn bread I made and then head back home myself.

Husband wants to take them (for show) and I told him no. We are going to his mom's and she lives by long beach kind of cool there but MY SCARE is I'm afraid Mia and Chubbs will take off with the illegal fireworks. Last night they were lighting them off and they both ran and the house. Mia wouldn't leave my side. So I'm not going to let them go my babies being home safe is more important to me.

Charley doesn't seem to be bothered by the few illegal fireworks we hear. But not sure how he would react if they were in our yard.
