Yes they both are, but I tend to panic a little because I always think they are going to overheat!! They would lay on the deck in the sun all day if I wasn't neurotic

Oh ya Mia goes from here crate right outside for potty and then after that she lays and rolls around on the grass soaking up the Cali. sun.
