Heck yes. Just last month when Brutus was in the hospital and then the following two days because I wanted to make sure he got his meds on time and properly. I would die for my babies so missing a couple of days of work is nothing.

I put no because i've never needed to... but if she did get sick I would stay home with her in a heartbeat. She's my child

I would probably quit work for one of them. They are much more important to me than my job. And those who say "it's just a dog/Cat" CLEARLY has never been able to love a pet.

Absolutely! Family! I took a couple hours off last week to take Charley to the vet. This is one of the legitimate uses of vacation or PTO time.

Thats what annual sick leave is for; I use it for my bullies, daughter and me when any of us get sick or are under the weather.

Yep when Major was little bitty he almost died on us. He had hook worms real bad and the medicine the vet gave him was super strong and made him super sick. He had a horrible reaction to it and couldn't even drink water. I stayed home for 3 days -my husband state home 1 day and we (my husband and me) slept on the floor in the living room on a pallet with him. I had to give him water thru a dropper every 30 minutes to keep him hydrated. It was terrifying. But we made it thru. He is worth it! Look how skinny he got in just a few days
