Best food

We will be getting a new bulldog from Breeder. He is 3 months old. He is feeding him Royal Canin puppy. In my research I read that this is not a good brand of food for bulldogs? If not what is. We have had bulldogs in the past and have fed them canidae non grain.

I'd say anything 4 stars or higher, and grain free!

My thought process is this. While 5 and 6 star foods are obviously the best you can get you need to feed whatever works best for your bully that won't bust your budget. If that happens to be a 3, 4, 5 or 6 star food so be it.

Definitely avoid anything with grain! I accidentally bought a formula of Fromm that had grain and I'm paying the price now with a shedding itchy dog.

Max is fed puppy Orijin and he loves it. The treats they have are also fantastic. Took us a few weeks to switch from canin but well worth it.
