Aunt Sadie loves her Shug!

Shug got to have quality time with her aunt Sadie, the dachshund (my dad's dog), today. They hit it off right! Sadie was great with Aubrey and now her and Shug are becoming best friends too.






...and it ended in kisses. I am hoping that by playing with Sadie, she's going to learn what's OK with biting. I know Sadie will gently put her in her place like she did Aubrey. They were too cute together though!!

I have totally missed this, when did you get Shug? :D :D He's so cute!!!! Him and Sadie have the same coloring.

We got her last week. They honored Aubrey's warranty even though it was past the one year mark. Her name is Aubie Shug (Aubie for the Auburn mascot for Brandon, and Shug [also an Auburn theme] because she's sweet like sugar to her momma).

I'm so happy for you!!! And your family. It's amazing how a hole in the heart can be filled with love from another. Of course we have our memories we'll cherish forever. I'm glad you got her!!!
