At what age will my puppy's eyes turn brown?

Louie is 13 1/2 weeks old and his eyes are still grayish bluish. I'm starting to wonder if he is going to have blue eyes!?

If they haven't turned brown by now, I don't think they will. By 6 weeks old they are usually brown by then.
