Need help

Hello yes I'm happy with any advice , but the Epsom salts I can't use when the cyst split all his feet underneath , I did try also apple cider vinegar but was worried the salt and the vinegar would sting his feet underneath as he grows the cyst underneath and on top of his paws and they literally burst open and it and u can see inside his foot.

You can buy NuStock straight from the company in USA and it will give you the price in pounds. This product been around for a few decades. I have a great vet , he thinks out of the box and also for holistic if a customer wants to go that route. He also uses NuStock on his horses when they get cut, rashes etc. @Manydogs mentioned once to me to use NuStock to heal my dog’s hotspot. My vet told me to shave around the hotspot, wash with dawn dish soap, dry it very well and add NuStock. Took a few days and it was healing well. And yes, it regrows hair! I eventually used it for any skin issues on all my dogs. It’s a product you need in a home if you have dogs. My way of building a dogs gut is with raw diets, fermented foods like sauerkraut as mentioned and organic bone broth. In your case, I would do them allergy bloodwork’s. It’s like very rare a dog can’t do at least one protein that would agree with their body. Bruno is only 2. He’s got a lot more years in him. Why I would get the blood test going and the NuStock with vet wraps and electrical tape!

The blood test at this point would give false results due to being on steroids… needs to be off them for at least 30 days before blood drawn and tests performed. Also prolonged use of the steroids could potentially be adding to issue. 😢

Oh, I did not know the 30 day process. Never had a dogs on steroids.

I too believe it’s the 2 yr steroids the issue in all this.

You haven’t caused him pain. You’re simply looking for ways to heal him cause you care about Bruno. NuStock and vet wrap his feet will help him. He won’t be able to lick his feet at night. It will slowly heal and give him some relief.

Sometimes you do better with do-it-yourself methods. Personally(just what I would try)-I am not a Dr./Soak his feet either in diluted iodine/water, or apple cider vinegar/water . Dry them off well, apply Nustock.wrap them. I used white tube sox for kids, put duck tape to hold them on. Just noticed helsonwheels just said almost the same!

No more steroids 2-4 years she took-it killed her from cancer-stop immediately-soak in epsom at least 2-3 times weekly for at least 20 mins each time about 3 in water in tub and 1 cup epsom-this will help- my Bella had this for 12 years.

I used to buy baby socks and also wrapped with electric tape. And sometimes wrapped the sock with a bit of vet wrap cause Jake would lick nonstop and it got wet. I should have bought winter baby sock. šŸ‘
