We visited a Zoo, it was such GREAT fun for Frieda and Kosmo.
Frieda was very brave, wanting to defend her big son Kosmo :
As Frieda understood that she and Kosmo were the game, she tried to
attack the leopard .... Kosmo wasn´t afraid, he trusted his mom... or the fence...

Kosmo was fascinated by the penguins :-)))
Does anybody made pics of bulldog in a zoo? I wouldlike to admire them

Wow thats awesome there is a zoo that allows dogs! They look like they had a blast! Brutus would probably try to eat all the animals

How neat is this! A zoo visit. Can you imagine the scents they picked up, unlike any they've ever smelled. That's funny that Frieda tried to attack the leopard.

I was trying to take Chunk to the zoo last week! but alas the National zoo says no animals allowed My dog is better bahaved than the kids there and THOSE are allowed

how totally awesome.... in the States, dogs are not allowed at the Zoo unless they are therapy/assistance dogs.

That is one of MANY things I loved about my trip to Germany! We could take my friends dog anywhere! To restaurants, bookstores, on the bus, everywhere!!!
I wish we could do that here in the states...

Those are amazing pictures but I have never been fortunate enough to be anywhere where pets were allowed in the zoo. Absolutely beautiful pictures.

Sorry, that no dogs allowed in US zoos ....
In Germany the zoo-administration decides by itself to allow dogs or not. A grandson of our Frieda, Sammy, even got to visit a tiger (see photo)

We not allowed to take pets to the zoo here in Australia either unless a service dog.
