Lately i cant get enough of this pinot grigio and green olives stuffed with blue cheese. bite of olive, sip of wine, bite of olive sip of wine…until two bottles are gone

Maybe all if you can help me find another wine I like! I can tolerate any wine, but I love love love Schmitt shone piesporter michealsberg. The only problem I have is that the only place I can find it is 25 miles away, and even if I'm in the area I forget to stop and get some unless I drive right by the place. Any suggestions? I like how smooth it is without the bite.

Rieslings are generally the only wines I ever drink. But, I only like the very dry ones, generally from Australia and not the sweeter ones from Germany.
I'm still looking for my Holy Grail Riesling that I had many years ago.
We were on vacation in Greece and met a German couple. She turned me on to the driest Riesling I've ever tasted and it was from Germany. I swear it was the best wine ever (to me). To this day, I can't find it.

So please @desertskybulldogs - tell me this one is dry...

I had a wonderful Merlot today when I took my wife to lunch. It was one that I had never had before and I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. Lol. Guess I will have to go back and find out.
