When do ears start to "rose"

When I got Jovi at 15 weeks they were already "rose." Tali is 14 weeks and it looks like they are STARTING too, but her breeder thinks they will stay the way they are. However both her dad and mom have rose ears. All her brothers and sisters have already done so. I did see that they will start to when she starts teething, which she still has all of her baby teeth. Here is the latest. Also, I don't care if they do or don't, I am more just curios than anything.

I have no idea about when but good lord she is too adorable as they are..... I love floppy ears on a bulldog face

My Usko had rose ears at 6 weeks and Voitto around 11 weeks, so it varys. I agree with the breeder, looks like they won't be perfect roses, but she is perfet never the less.
