There is a pretty new website that is listing vbulletin forums where users can vote on their favorite vbulletin forum.

I tried to vote by clicking enter and vote but it went to enter and not vote!

1. No it's not necessary to be registered to vote.
2. They can vote how may times they prefer but this can't help your site to be in the first positions of the list, it depend by the amount of traffic you have everydays.
3. Those are not votes but the amount of traffic that the page where you have placed our code have received, this is the reason that I suggested you to put our code in the main page, where I suppose it's the page with more amount of traffic.
4. You can Rate and Review other sites by clicing the stats icon of each sites and then by clicking "Rate and Review This Site"

No problem don't hesitate to contact us if you may have other questions.

Okay so I guess it is more like a page counter. Although you can still rate and review our site (#4)

So I moved it to the bottom of the forums.
