Mom knows I hate vacuum cleaner, but every now and then she starts all over again! Every time I show her how pissed I am with it, and she doesn’t get it! And who is after this clever one here?! When she showed me she isn’t happy if I pee on her dressing room carpet, I stopped doing this!
And who is after this clever one here?! Hint : Mom doesn’t seem clever at all!

Just another Vac Attack!! Then Chill....

Same issue with Duke he starts the ā€œChewbaccaā€ sounds non stop till I stop vacuuming. I have a pet Dyson n he goes after the hand held motor part and not the bottom brush section. I’m telling you he’s odd....

Tank usually takes position under the table and sits under it and blows angrily, accumulating hatred towards VC. And then one moment when he can not tolerate this anymore he suddenly attacks! It’s hilarious.

Punk walks with me and attacks the floor nozzle. She will grab it and shake it. :facepalm2:

I have finally gotten Wally trained, when I pull out the vacuums he just immediately goes to my bedroom... Lol

We used to have a vacuum cleaner that smelled horrible but now we have updated to one without that dusty doggy smell and Castor isn't interested!

...edit... Hm, that came out all wrong - I'm not suggesting your vacuum cleaner smells like our old one did, Lalaloopsie!

Which one do you use?! We use Dyson Animal Ball. I’m a smell freak, so every time I finish cleaning I empty the receptacle, thoroughly wash it with washing powder, then wash the floor head ( previous floor head I was washing so actively the little engine which rotates the brush was all rusted and broke:w00t: had to buy a replacement  my husband was mumbling something about crazy women:eek:). And still I smell something :sneaky2: may be the one you use is better, very interested to know please!

And Tank is definitely triggered by the sound, he equally hates leaf blower, grass mowers, bbq fire starter and hair blowers:)

Duds leaves the room or jumps on the sofa :D just another thing he’s scared of!!

We use vaccum cleaners with paper bags (dustbag) so that might be part of the problem. Our new one is a Nilfisk VP930, and it's constructed in a different way than most vaccum cleaners so hopefully it will not start smelling. Nilfisk is a Danish company and they are very popular in workplaces since they are sturdy and very efficient (and I just checked... they are sold in SA too!).
