Thanksgiving Day dangers...

I saw this on FB this morning, and I know that most of us don't feed our dogs from the table… But I thought this was interesting as to why you shouldn't let your doggies feast on T-day!!!

Tracey is so right! I used to work for a veterinarian and after holidays so many poor dogs would have pancreatitus, (sp?) and intestinal problems,etc. from them eating all the junk that people would give them, such as the leftovers on plates alot of people thinking they were giving the dogs a big treat! Be careful!

About 4 years ago, I had to yank a Turkey bone out of my husband's cousin's Bulldog's mouth. Everyone else panicked lol. I just yanked it out.

Keep the trash AWAY from bullies. That's how he got the frigging bone. Scared everyone half to death. Just wanted to remind everyone that throwing it out doesn't mean a bully can't get it!

AMEN to that!!! Our dogs got into the trash onetime & got ahold of chicken wings… boy that was a fiasco!!! Luckily they survived, but my nerves were shot!!!

That's pretty cool, thanks for putting this up! I had no idea about hops in beer being dangerous to dogs. Guess Buster will continue to WATCH me drink me beer!!
