Sure thing.... They must see and be with their human at all time

Yep, some people find they can't take it, too much neediness, I'm
sure, contributes to some bullies being abandoned, rehomed or
surrendered :(

EBNer's can't get enough of it and some here have multiple bullies
so imagine the collective togetherness that entails! Lol

Yep. Harlea has to be near, on top of or in the same room as me at all times.

Blue was like that up until a year or so ago. Now he just needs to be near me when he's sleeping. Wellie couldn't care less.

Lola follows me everywhere in every room and pouts at the baby gate if I go upstairs or pouts and lays at the door mat when I go out without her.

If Cami is soundly sleeping on the sofa whenever I get ready to go to bed,
I turn off lights and leave her. At some point she wakes up alone and gives
a sharp diva bark, just one then waits. Wakes me up and I have to call out
and guide her to the bedroom with my voice...am I trained or what?!!

Same thing with my baby. When my husband and I sit on different couches it's like it kills her little self! She'll pout and do the mouth smack/lip lick and whine at us until we sit together

I have watched just about every college bowl game. The first two about drove me crazy. Both Emmitt and Rogan sat right in front of me on a large foot stool. Stared at me the whole time. Wasn't looking for a toy, food, water or want to play. Just sat there and stared at me. Plus the Yogert wasn't working as usual....

"I've seen a look in dogs' eyes, a quickly vanishing look of amazed contempt, and I am convinced that basically dogs think humans are nuts."
—John Steinbeck (author, The Grapes of Wrath)

"A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself."
—Josh Billings (a.k.a. Henry Wheeler Shaw; humorist and lecturer)

"Dogs have given us their absolute all. We are the center of their universe. We are the focus of their love and faith and trust. They serve us in return for scraps. It is without a doubt the best deal man has ever made."
Roger A. Caras

"The dog’s agenda is simple, fathomable, overt: I want. ā€œI want to go out, come in, eat something, lie here, play with that, kiss you. There are no ulterior motives with a dog, no mind games, no second-guessing, no complicated negotiations or bargains, and no guilt trips or grudges if a request is denied."
Caroline Knapp

Butch...Chubby is the same way...he does lay on his own from time to time...but prefers to be right next to me or my husband. Mostly in my lap♄♄♄ I love it but definitely makes it hard to get chores done around the house. ...:-\
