Help please with Rubys under nose fold.

Hi all. I’ve just joined. Ruby is my beautiful bull dog. She was given to me as I had PTSD following a trauma. She s been a medical disaster since I’ve had her but I love her dearly. She has permanently a sore under nose fold. I use CLX wipes as suggested by the vets and yet it still is sore. I have tried topical foams firm the vets. I’ve tried Sudacrem. All ideas would be so helpful. Thanks. Also while I’m at it. She has recently started to not walk if we go our solo. With others she’s great but just her and me she plants her feet down and doesn’t want to go far. Ideas please thanks

Try some desetin after cleaning… it isn’t uncommon for this y to o happen due to it being a tight area and little air flow
