Signature Picture Problem

I don't know what I am doing wrong but I can not get my signature photo to show up. It just says [sigpic]. Any ideas...I've uploaded a new pic, saved it but when I preview it I get the [sigpic] thing and whenever I post it doesn't show at all. What am I missing?

This is fixed, for some reason it wasn't picking up the other part of the formula, cute pic!!!
