Rusty in his winter clothes

I thought I would share some photos of my 3.5 year old French Bulldog(Rusty) In his cozy winter clothes!

He loves his sweaters, pajamas and Jackets, however he hates the hat his ears go in, and he doesn’t like his boots or socks(he won’t walk with them on).
But his hat at least keeps his ears warm
He waits for me to put his sweaters and pajamas on him daily

He doesn’t like these socks either!

Do they not like sweaters or coats?? It is it just Jake that wouldn’t like it.

I don’t think Rusty is the only one that hates the boots!

We tried that on our Pippy. She froze and refused to walk...she just stood there and would not take a single step, not even for treats!

They’re ok with the jackets if I keep walking n don’t stop. Living on an acreage you’re basically not walking dogs anymore but letting them run free. Today it’s -32 with winds. They run for a quick pee n hops back on 3 legs to the house so that’s a whole 2 mins. Why I make a point to be outside with them at all time. I wish they can wear booties. Socks are ok they will keep them on.

OMG that’s cold, here it’s -20 and high of -18 right now. I am bundling Rusty up in his jacket and hat to go outside in the yard to pee, this morning he went outside in his warm Pajamas without the hat.

Having had "many" dogs, I have all kinds and sizes of coats and sweaters. Only two of them will leave them on-NOT the EBD,s!

The only thing he hates is the boots and socks, but he wasn’t too happy with the hat, but he was walking with it on all happy when we went out with him. The dirty looks he gave me were from the boots, until I took it off
