Gender: M Age: 3 Restrictions: No Kids Adoption Fee: $500 Rumor was welcomed into the rescue as a rescue situation. He was said to have been kept crated in a garage for the first years of his life. He has severe untreated mange, with skin so inflamed and infected that it is split open in some areas, and oozing and bleeding in others.
