Other Otis - MRI tomorrow

So here we go - after Otis's specialist appointment last week they said we should have a neck x-ray done to see if he has any abnormalities, after that if nothing found, physical therapy - which I dont agree with either. Why did they not do the neck xray last week while we were there and he was sedated and why would we do physical therapy when we dont know what's wrong. They are thinking soft tissue injury or root signature. If neither of the above helped with his situation the next step would be MRI.

I dont want to nickel and dime myself on those two when an MRI would tell us what we need to know, so I opted for that. He has gotten progressively worse, while outside yesterday to pee and poop he whined while on his way back in.'

I just want to figure out whats wrong and get it repaired. Wish us luck, AGAIN.

So very much agreed! Btw, he had his first round of acupuncture yesterday, 5 more visits to go - but couldnt avoid the MRI at this point. Thanks for your support.

Certainly praying all goes well and this turns out to be an easy fix. I'm so sorry! It's no fun when our babies are hurting and we can't figure out why and can't fix it. Good Luck tomorrow! Ya'll are in my thoughts and prayers. Kisses to Otis from Momo (even though she's currently snoring on the couch ontop of her pillows)

I'm sad to hear the worry & anxiety for your beloved Otis and just the
frustration already has worn y'all out! It's horrible when we
KNOW they're hurting. I'm so sorry y'all are going thru this trail.

I will double my requests on y'all's behalves that ANSWERS are swiftly
found and healing quickly & no more problems for Otis...love him dearly

oh, poor baby Otis, so hard to hear him in pain, just awful . We're sending good vibes and prayers for simple solution to fix him up good as new. The MRI is a good way to get the answer you need. With you in spirit dear.
