New Yogurt for Harlea

In our continuing journey to find everything Harlea can have without getting the itchies my wife stumbled upon this little gem. It is dairy and soy free and Harlea loves it. She has only had it a few days and I can already feel her skin and coat getting softer like it was when we could give her regular yogurt or kefir daily.

Great find, we use Silk coconut and almond milk in our Smoothies. This is something I would like to try, thanks for sharing. I hope I can find it here in Canada, I'll have to look for it.

Not sure about anywhere else but the only places we can find it here are Sprouts and Whole Foods.

Not 100% but pretty darn close. She was getting yogurt or kefir daily and started to itch again so we stopped it and it cleared up for the most part but then it started to warm up and her seasonal allergies started to kick in so it's really hard to say either way.

Frankie is lactose intolerant so I have to be very careful to only give him Kefir once in a while or he has issues. I am going to look in whole foods for this. Great tip!!!

frank is currently getting yogurt and a little coconut oil. might look into getting this and kill two birds with one stone! thank you
