Those are beautiful! Wish I had that talent. My fave is the robin's nest. I just love the color of the eggs and it is so hard to catch them in true color.

Not sure what type of camera you are shooting with but basically to start off the two most important things you need to learn are:

1 - Depth Of Field - Understanding Depth of Field in Photography

2 - Rule Of Thirds - ShutterFreaks -- The Rule of Thirds

Have fun and if you can take a photography class...well worth it.
