Help Needed! Multiple bumps on the inner back legs

Hello, our bulldog developed multiple subcutaneous little bumps on her inner back legs. We took photos the best we could but her moving made them a little blurry. Any advice on how to treat this would be greatly appreciated!

Is the hair missing on these?

It is hard to say but it looks like there may be minor hair loss in that area.

How old is she and as another member asked... is the hair missing and are there any other spots like that on her?

5 months old, there is a little hair loss in those small bumps on her inner back legs, no where else that we are aware of.

Since she is so young i would have the vet do a skin scrape to rule out mange

I'm guessing possible mange as well but could be an allergy.

Skin scrape only showed bacteria. The vet prescribed a two week supply of cefpodoxime (antibiotic). The vet is thinking this could be folliculitis. Will see how this helps!

It looks the same. She has three little spots right now that I am keeping an eye on. It comes and goes. The vet doesn't seem worried about it.
