Besides the last samurai cuz I've never seen it this list is spot on!

Also: meet the fockers (I can't get enough of it lol), step brothers, pulp fiction, independence day, bad Santa, the mummy, and more

These are the movies that when I see they are on or about to start a get that giddy feeling like I've struck gold and watch til the end.

I have tons but ones I can think of at the moment are the LOTR trilogy, the Matrix trilogy (except for the first half of the second one. lol), and the Harry Potter series. I tend to watch The Day After Tomorrow and Independence Day since they're always on. If there's a good war movie on, like Saving Private Ryan or Schindler's List, I'm hooked!

That was so sad. I loved his work. See Spot Run was a cute one he did--one of my favorites!

I am with everyone else in that this thread is reminding me of some old favorites. YES [MENTION=2071]Davidh[/MENTION], I always watch Last Samurai when it's on TV too! Good one. I love Gone with the Wind. I noticed most things that are really sad (someone mentioned Big Fish), I can only watch once, then I am done with it! (I guess enough in real life to lament over at times!)
