So I did my cleaning up in the front yard n back.*Thatching, fertilizers, *raking, deweeding, walk n walk n walk, bend up n down, sideways and around blah blah blah Oh did I say was hot hot hot out there this weekend?
*So.......Back took about 5 hrs and front about the same.*Now if I do the math from that website I can eat all day and still not gain an ounce but lost yay for me. Sadly I cant feel my feet anymore
