Hives, rash, bumps?? Help!

I noticed Henry's fur on his hind quarters looked a little odd, almost wavy when normally its very straight and flat. I checked it out and felt and he seems to have some small bumps under there. He doesn't seem to be itching at them at all. Yesterday we took him to Apple Hill, an apple picking farm area, for the first time, but we gave him a bath after with his normal shampoo. I also used a new brush on him in the bath, one of those rubber ones. He didnt seem to like that, but i was gentle. I am concerned about these bumps, he doesn't seem to have any other symptoms. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Sounds like hives. Wash him again to rinse allegens off and give him some benadryl. It is 1mg per pound. Also you can make an apple cider vinegar and green tea spray for the itchies.

If they get worse or swollen go to the vet especially if breathing worsens.
