Man I forgot to get a recipe out for Thanksgiving!!! Ugh… I WILL put out a cookie recipe, my kids have TONS of favorites!!!

I see no problem here whatsoever! My friend recently told me the secret to her "homemade" Christmas biscotti…Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix!!

I'll have to get on for that. I need to make some this year...I am trying to start traditions now that we have a little one!

I made some good ones last year, I'll have to dig out the recipe but they were mint and chocolate - very festive combo!

Christine last year I bought the Pilsbury peppermint sugar cookie roll, made the cookies, dipped them in white chocolate & put some crushed peppermints on them!!! SUPER easy, and everyone thought they were totally homemade… LOL Only me & the kids knew the truth… LOL

Next weekend we will start our cookie making process. All in all we make about 100 dozen spritz cookies that we donate the majority to my kids events, the fire station and the recruiting stations around where we live and then we will make another 15 dozen chochlate chip, sugar and gingerbread cookies for our xmas party to go along with several cakes and pies. Its the only time of year I can be guilt free about and and the only time my wife makes my favorite 4 layer chocolate espresso cake with dark chochlate ganache and white/milk chocolate bark.
