Finn got a 10 day course of antibiotics for Christmas!

My little Finney was diagnosed w/a bacterial infxn today. He has a nasty "wet" cough and his little nose is runny w/lots of gooey gunk! The poor little guy. The dr thinks it may be the dreaded kennel cough. His temp is just slightly high too but not too bad, oh, and he may have a mild ear infxn as well!! He's been eating and drinking well, just a little more lethargic than usual.
The doc says Tate may catch it so i need to monitor for that too.

Tomorrow we were all supposed to head out to my brother's house but now, i'm thinking of keeping both of them home. My brother's family has a little chihuahua mix and i don't want her to get sick. So, i will head over there to celebrate my bro's b-day and to open gifts w/my family, and then head back home to tend to my babies.

Hopefully by Christmas day Finn will start feeling better so he can tear into all his presents!!

Finn wants to say THANK-YOU for all the well wishes! He's being a good boy and taking his medicine when mommy gives it to him (hidden in a snack of course)! and he'll be an even better boy tomorrow b/c he'll (hopefully) let mom put those ear drops into his ear!

My sweetie pies are sleeping now which makes me happy.
