General Question Eye boogers.....

Off and on now I find that Raven wakes up with eye boogers, this morning there was a lot. It's all white, no green, so I assume it's not an eye infection. Any idea what is causing the boogies?

That's normal, if it's just occasionally and in the morning, when it get's to be green or yellow, that's when it's a problem and a vet should be seen because it could be a number of things, if it's clear or white, not a problem

My Tonka has those eye boogers on and off too which I feel are also partially due to his environmental allergies causing his eyes to water more and produce more of the goop. Does Raven have any allergies? That could be a cause.

I think Raven definitely has some environmental allergies. Sometimes she goes outside nice and normal and when I look at her two minutes later her eyes look a bit red and her cherry eye will pop out.

if you thin it is environmental allergies... you can give Benedryl up to 3x a day ... 1mg per pound

Wilson gets eye buggers off and one. His are generally dark or whitish. Lately he's been getting them again. Seems to be mainly in the mornings or when I get home since he's been sleeping most the day.
