That's awesome! I have a love hate admiration for him. He can be pretty mean on his shows, but not because he's wrong most of the time! Kinda like Simon Cowell actually, just a bit meaner.

He learned his behavior at an early age. I read today that he was a rising football (soccer) star in GB when he was injured, ending his career. When he decided to become a chef his father was having none of it and made his life miserable. He probably learned his confrontational style then. I think he's entertaining.
